Fees

Quality engineering and technology education, kept accessible and affordable.

ETAS is committed to keeping quality engineering and technology education accessible and affordable. Our online and blended delivery removes the cost of relocating, of campus accommodation, and of stepping away from work to study — so the cost of earning the qualification is lower than the tuition figure alone suggests. Fee reductions are available on merit and on need through the ETAS Academic Scholarship.

How Fees Work

Tuition fees vary by programme, level, region, and delivery arrangement. Because our students study from many countries and at different qualification levels — from Diploma through to Master’s — we set fees to reflect each student’s programme and location rather than publishing a single global figure.

For current fees for your chosen programme, contact the WMU admissions team. They will give you an accurate figure for your specific programme, region, and start date, and explain any payment options available to you.

Flexible Payment

We understand that funding your studies matters. Payment arrangements can often be tailored to your circumstances, and instalment options may be available depending on your programme and region. Special rates may apply for group enrolments, NGOs, government-linked initiatives, and professional training bodies.

Scholarships and Fee Reductions

The ETAS Academic Scholarship offers fee reductions on four grounds: your academic record, substantial professional experience, a socio-cultural background under-represented in engineering, or economic circumstances that would otherwise be a barrier to study.

Where a scholarship is offered, it is applied as a genuine reduction to the tuition you pay. The amount, the eligibility, and any conditions are stated clearly and in writing before you enrol — so you always know the actual fee you are agreeing to pay.

What Your Fees Cover

Your tuition covers access to your programme’s learning materials, online learning platform, faculty instruction and mentorship, assessment, and — on successful completion — your qualification. Any costs not included in tuition (for example, optional third-party certifications or examination fees charged by external bodies) will be made clear before you incur them.

Before You Enrol

Please read the Refund & Withdrawal policy and the Enrolment Terms, which set out what happens if you withdraw or your circumstances change. If you have any questions about fees, payment, or scholarships, the WMU admissions team is there to help.

Fees and payment options are confirmed at the point of admission. Contact the WMU admissions team for current figures for your programme.
